Series of online seminars

ResPublica, with the support of the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, are organising a Conservative anti-poverty month, with five online panels spread over four weeks in June, welcoming Conservative MPs and prominent academics.

The seminars will aim to platform and discuss centre-right ideas for tackling, ameliorating, and ending the different types of poverty that continue to blight the country.

The themes of the five panels will be:

Asset vs income inequality (2nd June, 14:00 – 15:30)

The inequalities of place  (9th June, 14:00 – 15:30)

Revisiting family policy (14th June, 14:00 – 15:30)

How best to tackle unemployment  (22nd June, 11:00 – 12:30)

Rethinking social security (23rd June, 14:00 – 15:30)
