ResPublica is launching its latest report: Virtuous Banking: Placing ethos and purpose at the heart of finance. The report reviews the way in which the banking industry governs and organises itself and explores how the financial sector can be made more responsive, responsible and inherently ethos driven.
Addressing the problems of the past, the project considers what paths can be taken to instil industry standards, codes and guidance, and make the sector more responsive to customers. The report makes recommendations to Government to improve standards and restore ethos to the sector. You can find more information here.
The launch event will feature a keynote delivery by Sir Richard Lambert, of the Banking Standards Review, followed by a panel and Q&A session.
The launch will be a private event, to which we will be inviting high level representatives from across industry, Parliament and the media. Spaces will be strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
