Caroline Julian

Fellow

Caroline was Director of Policy and Strategy at ResPublica from 2010 through to 2016, and continues to support the think tank as a member of its Advisory Board. During her time at ResPublica, she played a pivotal role in determining the think tank’s direction and increasing its impact. She took the lead on numerous reports, events and campaigns, influencing Government on policy matters ranging from competition in the energy market through to the importance of beauty and community in planning.

Caroline is now Deputy Head of Policy and Public Affairs at the Creative Industries Federation, where she is leading on their engagement with policy-makers.
