Phillip Blond makes keynote speech at CIPFA Conference in Dundee

ResPublica's Director will be one of the keynote speakers at the March 17-18 Conference being organised by CIPFA Scotland (Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accounting). The event, to be held in Dundee, will consider the ramifications for public service provision of the Scottish Government's draft budget for 2011-12 . The focus will be on problem solving, giving delegates from across the public sector an opportunity to work with colleagues from areas other than their own on finding solutions to common problems.

Heard the excellent presentation from Phillip today. Wish there had been more time to hear him speak, and also to develop the debate within the room as to how the public service finance community should reflect on the message.

Very surprised by my own reactions so keen to find out more!

Thanks for coming to Dundee Phillip!
