This is an unmissable opportunity to play a pivotal role in the rapid expansion of a high-profile multi-disciplinary, non-party political research organisation. ResPublica was founded by Phillip Blond in 2009, since which time its ground breaking approaches to mitigating enduring economic and social problems have gained significant traction in Westminster and beyond.

ResPublica is looking to appoint a Business Development Director to work day-to-day with the Director and Deputy Director on growing the organisation both nationally and internationally. The ideal candidate will be a superb communicator - verbal, written and presentational - and possess:

•A passion for managerial or business development, with at least 3-5 years experience in a consultancy, business or financial services environment;

•Advanced project and staff management skills, along with a strong interest in contemporary UK and international politics and policy.

Salary: Competitive bonus.
This position is based in Westminster.
