Matthew Groves
Matthew Groves, a former Conservative Parliamentary Candidate at the last general election (Plymouth Moor View), takes a particular interest in constitutional matters. Until recently he worked for the Church of England's Parliamentary Unit, where he supported the Lords Spiritual in the House of Lords as part of the team at Church House.
Matthew has written on-line articles for the think tank Localis that focus on local government issues. Having been called to the bar, which included studying constitutional/public law and having worked with the Lords Spiritual Matthew has a strong interest in the implications of Lords reform for the constitution.
