Canon Dr Angus Ritchie

Canon Dr Angus Ritchie is Director at the Contextual Theology Centre.

For twelve years, he has ministered in East London, and has been an active congregational leader in London Citizens.  He is involved in the campaigns for a Living Wage and an anti-usury law and was voted the organisation's 'Leader of the Year' in 2008. Angus now ministers at St Peter's Anglican Church, Bethnal Green and is an Assistant Chaplain at Keble College, Oxford.

His work as Director of the Contextual Theology Centre includes building congregational involvement in citizen organising; developing the Jellicoe Community of resident interns from the Universities of Oxford, Notre Dame and East London and co-leading the Just Communities research partnership on faith and public life.
